We were able to schedule an appointment the next day on Thursday. We made an offer Friday morning, sellers accepted. We signed contract following week. We put our house on market Friday afternoon. One hour after being on market, house shown. Received call from Arlan Saturday morning stating our house sold! We were absolutely shocked. It had been 35 years since we had purchased a home and this process couldn't have gone any smoother. Arlan was great to work with. He was very prompt, professional, pleasant & knowledgeable. ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for someone who is going to have your best interests at heart and not just there for the commission, Arlan is your guy. It took a WHILE to get my house sold because the house needed some major repairs. It was definitely a challenge to market but he stayed on it the whole time. He was always positive and kept me calm when I started to get frustrated over the fact that it was taking longer than we hoped.

He had me set up my preferences on what I was looking at in a home and I would get emails daily when houses in my criteria would pop up. But in between I would search and send him address or vise versa of houses I was interested in or he thought I was interested in. Arlan would show me a house anyday, anywhere, anytime. Over the year he helped me understand more on houses, what to look for also good neighborhoods with good resale.
