It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kevin. He was 100% professional, communicative, and worked hard on our behalf (purchase). From being willing to show the property we were eyeing and then draw up paperwork for an offer, all on a Sunday evening, he was fully committed to making sure we were able to get the home we wanted. In particular, I greatly appreciate Kevins tenacity with getting us in for a viewing and for all of his hard work juggling communications with us, the listing agent, as well as the tenant; it was a Sisyphean task and Kevin found a way to make it happen. He did a great job of not only getting us the house we wanted, but also for a price were thrilled with. When we found the right house and clicked on the Zillow link, Kevin was fast to respond. He showed us the house and stayed late to write up an offer. Throughout every step Kevin was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way. Without Kevin's tremendous help this process would have been much more difficult.
