I had issues getting everything to work out and everyone gave up except for Ariel and the lenders she suggested to me (Flat Branch). If I ever need to buy another house, I?m definitely going to them.

It started out as an easy sell and quickly turned into a nonstop storm of challenges. (Literally) a huge tree limb fell on the roof of my home quickly after we accepted an offer. Ariel immediately contacted someone to remove the limb so we could tarp it. She checked on the house multiple times and contacted everyone she could to make it as easy as possible for me. If she could?ve filed a claim with my insurance for me she would?ve. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIEDLet's see, where to start. It has been 53 days since we closed on our new house. Ariel was and continues to be a great agent from the first time we met her. We were transferring to Joplin for work and needed a house ASAP. She immediately started showing us houses. Not only was she super knowledgeable of the areas we were looking at but she was also very very patient with us as we were constantly asking about houses we found on Zillow. We had several requirements for what we were looking for and she showed us sooo many houses, per our request. End the end, we fell in love with a house that wasn't even listed yet, because of her connections. During the whole process, she was always just a text away. Literally, any time of the day/night. Since we work nights, she even text me on a weekend, at like 1am, regarding a house we were looking at. Now to the closing and after part of our relationship. Not only did she and Keller Williams make closing super easy, especially during the current state of our economy with COVID, but Ariel herself went way above and beyond her duties as a realtor. She negotiated us a great deal with the seller, having the minor things fixed that we really wanted to not deal with once we closed. On closing day, the normal yard mowing company came to mow and since she wasn't able to reach us at that right second, she went ahead and had the company mow one last time so we didn't move in and have to turn around and mow immediately. AND SHE PAID FOR IT OUT OF POCKET!!! Then our first night in the house, it had gotten kinda chilly outside and we went to turn on the heat. The thermostat had been replaced by seller right before we signed and for some reason wasn't working. So she got ahold of one of her contacts and the seller and between them both, had someone out that night to look at it. Unfortunately, he didn't have with him what he needed to fix the problem so she offered to lend us some space heaters so we didn't get cold. The next day, we had to go back and finish moving out of our old place so we weren't going to be home when the repair guy could come back, so Ariel took time out of her day to come to the house, let him in and stay with him while he fixed the thermostat and then lock up when they were done. When we finally got home, we had heat! And again, we never saw a bill for either repair guys or the work they did!!!! She is freaking awesome!!!!!!!!!! Even 53 days later, she still cares deeply for the relationships she makes when she works with her clients! I could text her right now with any question and she would do her best to help! I recommend Ariel to everyone! She isn't just a realtor, she is a friend!
