ZillowVERIFIED Ariel was absolutely the best in helping us find a home in the Black Hills area. We did not live in the state, let alone in the area. She really got to know us and what we were looking for. I really feel she went above and beyond our expectations. We ended up building a house, which we never saw during the build until we closed on it. Ariel was our eyes and ears during the build. She also made sure all documentation was done correctly. We consider her a friend going forward and would use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Ariel and felt so fortunate to have found her! As first time home buyers, picking a realtor was a daunting barrier to even getting started. We picked Ariel based on numerous recommendations and we are SO glad we did! She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process, and we felt very comfortable trusting her advice. She found us a for sale by owner house that fit our budget in the area we wanted to be, which probably made more work for her given she was the only realtor in the transaction, but she helped us through it with a fantastic outcome. She is highly recommended for a reason, and we will definitely use her again when it comes time to sell our house someday!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Ariel was an amazing experience, and were so grateful she helped us find our dream home. What stood out most was her honesty and genuine care. Unlike past realtors weve worked with, Ariel never tried to push us into a sale. She truly listened to our needs and was upfront when a home wasnt the right fit for our family. That kind of honesty is rare and meant everything to us. She was always quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and made us feel like a priority. Ariel is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and confident in what she does. We are so thankful for her! If youre looking for a realtor who truly has your best interest at heart, she is the realtor for you! We highly recommend her.

She answered all our questions and handled all details quickly. We felt she always had our back which kept us at ease. We will be using Ariel in any future real estate transactions she is able to do for us.

ZillowVERIFIED We could not have asked for a better purchasing and selling agent than Ariel. She facilitated our home purchase back in 2020 by making videos of listings we were interested in and giving her honest feedback. We trusted Ariel so much we purchased our home sight unseen and never had a regret. Her attention to detail was spot on and helped us make the right decision. Ariel was the obvious choice to sell our home 4 years later. Again, she was honest, responsive and explained every detail along the way to make selling as efficient as possible. Her local knowledge of contractors was very handy in having needed repairs completed efficiently. Additionally, her experience and confidence was very comforting. She told us exactly what we needed to do and what can be negotiated. She was right 100% of the time and saved us thousands of dollars. Ariel has our highest recommendations for purchasing or selling you next home.

ZillowVERIFIED Wonderful!!! Ariel is not only an amazing realtor but also a great person. Ariel is positive, honest, driven and 110% client orientated. Ariel notified us of a property that fit our criteria the second the listing came out and submitted our offer to the sellers before some other potential buyers even knew that the property was for sale. Thanks to Ariel's hard work, we were able to buy a property in a very sought area. Ariel has since helped us buy another property. Ariel continued to assist us even after the closing. We will continue to recommend Ariel in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Ariel Rudland for your Realtor. She helped myself and my fiance buy a home in Rapid City, South Dakota and it was a great experience. Myself and my fiance currently live in CA, and I was wondering how this was going to work out, being that this would be an long distance transaction. Ariel was on top of everything right from the start, keeping in touch with us and informing us what to do next in the process. She happily gave us information for the Gas, Electric, Water, Sewer and referrals for Home Inspection, Plumbers, Homeowners Insurance, etc. She helped us take care of any issues and questions that arose between us and the Seller. She has a great passion with helping her clients, and it shows. She gets things done!!! She was a pleasure to work with and made everything so easy. Thanks Ariel, you are the best!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Our agent was so patient with us. She really took the time to explain the condition of the houses, noteworthy items that may devalue a home or be a nuisance, things that may affect insurance or other out of pocket costs. She even went above and beyond recording videos for us prior to our move to make decisions on whether houses would be worth a quick trip to view in person. The agency is a top-notch enterprise and Ariel Rudland a superior agent. We found our dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Ariel is the only reason we were able to buy our home. We had to buy sight unseen, which we were able to do because Ariel would send us videos of different houses and even pick out all of the things that we may not have seen even if we were seeing it in person. When we put offers in she was able to give us great advice on what to offer and how to make the offer more attractive. We recommend her to everyone and we will definitely be using her when it comes time to sell our house.
