ZillowVERIFIEDWe had an amazing experience working with Kate to buy our new home! She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. She truly listened to what we wanted and guided us every step of the way. We highly recommend Kate to anyone looking to buy a home!
ZillowVERIFIEDThe process of selling our house was easy and smooth all thanks to Luana. She always had answers to all our questions, she made sure we knew what was happening in each step of the way and guide us with confidence, kindness and professionalism. She has been our realtor for years and if we ever have to buy or sell a house again we would choose her every time.
ZillowVERIFIEDLuana Lindholm was absolutely incredible to work with as our realtor. As young first-time homebuyers with a new baby, we were nervous about the process and unsure what to expect, but Luana made every step feel clear, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was her trustworthiness. That is hard to find, and Luana displayed it 100%. She treated us like family, communicated with us at any hour of the day, and showed real care through every part of the home-buying process. Her recommendations for services and next steps were excellent, and we always felt like she had our best interest in mind. Her knowledge of Colorado real estate was astounding. We looked at homes from as far north as Longmont to as far south as Colorado Springs, including the Denver Metro and Lone Tree areas, and she had strong insight into every market we considered. She was patient, listened closely to what we wanted, and applied that understanding to each area and home we viewed. One of the things we appreciated most was that Luana allowed us to explore options, form our own opinions, and then helped us see the hidden downsides we may have missed. There were times she drove with us over 45 minutes to view areas we suggested, gave us space to evaluate them, and then pointed out concerns that were completely accurate once she explained them. Her guidance saved us from making decisions we likely would have regretted. Because of Luana, we just closed on a home we never thought would be within our budget. It truly feels like a dream come true. We are moving into our home without buyer?s remorse, confident that we made the right decision, and grateful for the experience she gave us. I would highly recommend Luana Lindholm to anyone buying or selling a home in Colorado Springs, the Denver Metro area, Lone Tree, or anywhere along the Front Range. She is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, honest, and truly one of the best realtors in Colorado.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first-time home buyer, I couldnt have hoped for a better realtor than Luana! She was patient, diligent, and responsive. She not only understood but anticipated our needs and always advocated for our best interests. She truly cares about people and her expertise and professionalism are second to none. I would recommend her to anyone!
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Luana was an exceptional experience, especially for anyone navigating a relocation. Her expertise in managing the complexities of moving?whether across the country or internationally?truly stands out. She demonstrated a deep understanding of timelines, logistics, and the emotional aspects that come with such a big transition. One of her greatest strengths is the ability to seamlessly assist clients in both Portuguese and English. This made communication effortless and ensured that nothing was lost in translation, which is invaluable when dealing with contracts, negotiations, and important decisions. She was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market, always providing clear guidance and thoughtful recommendations. Her dedication to making the process smooth and stress-free was evident every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and bilingual real estate expert?especially those planning a relocation.
ZillowVERIFIEDNot only did Luana find our perfect house but she went above and beyond for us through the whole process. She knew so many details about what we wanted just by listening and having normal conversations with us. She really got to know us and was quick to respond to all our questions. She made the whole home finding and buying process easy and with out stress. She treated us like family, took care of us and truly blessed us and found us our forever home. We love Luana!

He is highly knowledgeable of the market, and being a licensed realtor and appraiser, you can rest assured after reviewing the CMAs he provides that you are making a sound decision. His flexibility for showings and communication is second to none, and talking with him is like talking with an old friend. The entire process (with no ne of us across the country) was as smooth and painless as possible, and Dave?s genuine enthusiasm and personality were truly refreshing! Highly recommend using Dave for buying or selling if you want a one of a kind agent!

When it was time to buy a new home, Sharon also helped me sell my first and buy my second home! I?ve reached out to Sharon for what I feel like are silly little things, but she has always responded to me without hesitation !
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Sharon was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She went above and beyond to prepare our home for market, patiently explaining each step and coordinating every detail. Whenever we had questions?no matter how small?Sharon was always prompt, clear, and professional in her responses. Beyond our sale, she?s already begun educating us on purchasing land for our future project, demonstrating her commitment to our long-term goals. We couldn?t have asked for a more knowledgeable, caring, and responsive agent. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property!
