We had not known Arica before, and from the first call, she was very enthusiastic, had lots of information, and we saw a few homes on the same evening. We placed an offer on one home, and she was very diligent, timely, and got all the questions answered. Dealing with Zillow is rather a very different process, and she helped us navigate it well. We in fact were able to get our offer accepted below sell price, especially with the current sellers market and skyrocketed biddings. She was a great help in getting all the inspections, repairs, and negotiations scheduled and done within a span of a week. We are very happy with our purchase. ZillowVERIFIED Ive just closed on my first home in West Sacramento thanks entirely to Arica Velasquez. I was looking for a home that I could relocate my family to but kept getting out bid. Additionally, since I was relocating from the Bay Area, homes would get several offers in before I was able to see the property. Eventually, I decided to give up on my home search and wait for better opportunities but I was then introduced to Arica and she presented my options to me and explained that now was a great time to buy. She then put me in touch with a lender that provided me better loan options which kept my home search active. She FaceTimed me for home tours late into the evening and got the first offer sent out accepted. She even managed to get me additional credits from the seller, saving me money on closing. I really appreciated her patience while she answered every question and followed through on every inquiry. She was available all hours (even on weekends) and kept my confidence high throughout the entire process, despite getting cold feet several times. Thanks to Arica, I will be moving in December and my family will join me in January.
