ZillowVERIFIED We were looking to relocate in the midst of the highly competitive 2020 real estate market. We needed a relocation expert and I turned to Zillow reviews for help finding one. Aric?s reviews made him the clear choice. He proved to live up to and exceed our high expectations. If not for his guidance and persistence on our behalf, we wouldn?t be where we are now. And on top of it all, he is the most laid back, non-pushy agent I?ve ever met!

ZillowVERIFIED I was blown way with Aric Bonner?s level of ethics and hard work. Aric was very professional at all times. He helped me every step of the way, from beginning to the close. He only showed my property twice it just worked out that the second potential buyers fell in love with my place and made an offer; full asking price, 45 minutes after leaving the initial viewing. I was speechless. We signed the contract the same day, and he got me 90 days to closing. He called me through every phase I did not have to even think about ?the next step?. Less stress and more results! It was a true pleasure to work with Aric and his team. I highly recommend Aric Bonner for your buying or selling needs. He will get you want you, if it is possible to get it and he will do it with finesse. I would not want anyone else on my side.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend for land sales. He did an excellent job in marketing the property; assisting with acquisition of local services - surveying, clearing, aerial photography; gaining accurate information on access to utilities for Buyers, and keeping me informed. He is an efficient and effective communicator, always responsive, and professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Incredible experience with Aric, especially during the challenging pandemic period. Hung with us for about 8 months while we worked our way through the buying process and our move. Never stopped feeding us near exact matches to our very specific search criteria. When we settled on a house, he was very proactive in providing necessary documents in electronic format making the paperwork process seamless. If you want a professional, that knows his surrounding area, Aric is your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Aric helped my husband and I purchase our first home. He showed us exactly what we were looking for from the start and never made us feel pressured or rushed to jump into anything until we found the home we wanted. There were a few improvements our home needed before the purchase. He was able to recommend great contractors to help us. He has great knowledge and has very good negotiation skills. He spoke with our lender to make sure they had everything they needed and were staying within the appropriate timeline for closing. We cannot recommend Aric enough if you are in need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Aric helped me find and purchase 2 houses while I was still in California. He was extremely informative and kept me informed in every step of the process. He answered my stupid questions in a most professional manner. He has since helped my son get settled into his house and is keeping me informed on the things I need to do for my move. He has made me feel not like a client but as a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn?t have asked for a better agent in the purchase of our new home. He is very knowledgeable of the area and was able to figured out exactly what we were looking for in a home right away. He answered questions quickly and was on top of matters throughout the entire process (even those that were the responsibility of lenders or title company). The little details he offered were appreciated -a coupon for dinner during the move and a virtual walk through before closing since we weren?t in the area. We so appreciate Aric and all he has done for us!

ZillowVERIFIED I found a home on Zillow and immediately asked to be contacted via Zillow as previous attempts to view homes ended up already being on contract due to the rapid movement of homes on the market. Aric responded in a matter of minutes to my request and we set up an appointment to view. The home was not a good fit upon seeing it but Aric had another home in mind based on what we were looking for and we immediately drove over to look at it. Upon seeing the home and then revisiting it again the next day with my wife we made an offer. This is where the challenges begin in our quest to purchase and where Arics knowledge, persistence and hard work on our behalf was invaluable. Due to the home being a foreclosure and the institution that owned the home; our first lender and the seller could not come to agreement and we had to abandon the purchase using the lender (no fault of the lender). Aric immediately had a second lender recommended and after spending 2 months trying to close with the first lender/seller agreement we were able to close within a matter of weeks with the second lender. Even on the second attempt which was successful it was not without its challenges, which in some cases were extraordinary to the typical home purchase. Aric stepped in and stayed on top of the various issues that we had to address and without his services we would not be in our home today. Arics diligence and attitude to do what is needed to ensure our needs were met, information provided in a timely manner and ready with alternatives, support and overall customer first mindset sets Aric apart from all others. If you are looking for an advocate to work diligently on your behalf then I strongly recommend that you reach out Aric Bonner.

ZillowVERIFIED As a builder, I have worked with many real estate people. My property was Arics problem child, and because I live 250 miles away, I had to leave most of the details that I would normally cover myself up to someone else. To trust anothers judgement, intuition, and desire to sell was a huge leap of faith for me. I found Aric, and his wife also, to be ethical and tenacious. In the year or so that it took to finally sell this property, he kept me appraised as to all that was going on. What I liked initially was that he didnt want to sell cheap/fast which was what the other realtors wanted. He was willing to be patient, study the market, and work with me. He helped me when we had a critter issue. A raccoon had done some real damage and Aric personally secured the home. I felt as if Aric treated me just the way he would have of if I were a close family member, with patience, intelligence, and a real desire to get what my home was worth. While I know this is not the case, Aric made me feel as if my house and I were his only client. This man walks on water when it comes to real estate. I recommend him without hesitation. ZillowVERIFIED This was a relocation move. As a relocation company there are specific guidelines we have to follow for our clients. There is a great deal more paperwork and back and forth than a regular sale. Aric knows real estate inside and out. He was professional, responded to questions quickly and sold the home quickly! We will definitely contact him again should we have more people moving in or out of the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Stated simply, Aric Bonner is the worlds greatest real estate professional. He is a true, consummate agent. Without hesitation or reservation, I would call on him again to sell my properties or locate new ones in this area, given his vast knowledge and familiarity here. I fully trust him and heartily recommend him to anyone. Aric truly operates on a service-above-and-beyond-sale concept. He makes you feel comfortable working with him. He is organized and efficient with the entire process, all the way through closing. Hes prompt, communicative and responsive in every sense. He put a For Sale sign on my property at noon on Wednesday, and by Friday evening, had shown it 6 times with 3 offers for consideration. Five-star ratings are not enough to represent how pleased I am that Aric Bonner was working for me. Im sold on him.
