Ariana Buehner

Although Ariana's early years were spent in Carmel, Indiana, she has proudly called Colorado home since 2004. Growing up, she was inspired by her father, the CEO of a respected homebuilding company. As a teenager, Ariana and other employees' daughters rotated shifts at the front desk, where she observed the excitement of customers designing and closing on their dream homes. Witnessing the joy and satisfaction of those families left a lasting impression and planted the seeds for her own career in real estate.

Ariana brings fresh energy, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Her professional background is rooted in the medical field, where she worked as a medical assistant and nursing assistant from the age of 17. Through caring for hundreds of patients, she developed exceptional listening skills, deep empathy, and the ability to guide people through important life decisions - qualities she now brings to every real estate transaction. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or sellers preparing for their next chapter, Ariana is dedicated to ensuring her clients feel supported with the same attentiveness and care she has always provided.

Outside of real estate, Ariana enjoys the great outdoors and has a love for music of all kinds. Her free time is often spent hiking, snowboarding, or attending concerts and live music events. She lives in the beautiful Old Colorado City neighborhood with her husband and their spoiled cat, where she enjoys being part of a vibrant community she is proud to serve.
