About Ariana Austin-Gibbs
Ariana Austin-Gibbs is a dedicated real estate professional licensed in both Florida and her native Michigan. A top producer at her previous firm, Ariana brings a strong background in customer service and process improvement to the Southeast Orlando office of Premier Sotheby's International Realty. A former Disney cast member, Ariana transitioned to real estate when she began buying and selling homes and renovating historic properties. She also has extensive experience specializing in removing people from distressed homes and hoarding situations. As a real estate advisor, Ariana's goal is to empower her customers to realize their property dreams by offering her expertise in the housing market. Also passionate about international real estate, Ariana is making strides to expand her international networking by cultivating relationships with people around the world. She recently completed her executive Master of Business Administration from Ohio State University, specializing in global business relations. In my 20+ years working in the real estate market, I have worked with buyers, sellers, first time, homebuyers, VA loans, and for sale by owners. In the last few years, I have been working with investors, and secondary homebuyers. Entering into the luxury market two years ago has afforded me the knowledge of working with 1031 and investors as a secondary property.
One of my favorite transactions was for a family who is purchasing their grandparents family farm. The transaction was difficult and a long process, but we made it through to the end and they were able to save their family farm and we were able to get them to the closing table.
I got started in real estate around 20 years ago when I was buying and selling homes after renovation. I was specializing in hoarding situations and helping the family out of a difficult situation. It became my niche Market. The ability to look at a project from both a potential buyer and investor point of view has been a large part of my value add to clients.
I graduated from The Ohio State University with an Executive MBA in business administration and leadership. I have training in negotiation and contract law. All of these things along with past experience, benefits, my clientele.
