I was impressed to see that their team had grown so rapidly over the subsequent decade so we reached out to them again when we were looking to move back to NYC and purchase a 2BR condo in Manhattan in 2023-24. We were very fortunate to work with Christie LaRusso as our buyers broker from the Harkov-Lewis team. She has a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge of the local market where we were looking to purchase, but more importantly, it was very clear that Christie was more interested in building a long-term client relationship rather than trying to close a deal as soon as possible. She always provided detailed and objective advice on pricing, location, build-quality, etc. that we probably would not have been able to learn on our own. Christie was always extremely responsive to our emails and calls and successfully organized several long weekends of back-to-back viewings.
