ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Aret from Artifact Homes along with Marti and had a wonderful experience. They were both extremely competent, communicative, knowledgable about DMV real estate, and super pleasant to work with. He was able to help us find a new home quickly. ZillowVERIFIED Could not recommend Aret & his team more! We worked with Aret in 2021 to sell in DC and buy in MD, which was an easy and seamless process. We recently sold our home in MD and knew we had to use Aret again. Aret and Marti were a fantastic team, working with us to ensure our home would sell fast. Not only were we under contract in a few days, we sold well over asking. The process was a breeze and if ever move back to the DMV, Aret and his team will be the first ones we call.

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I decided to sell our home, we reached out to the team at Artifact Homes and got them to help us. Best decision weve ever made! They were professional, focused on our success, and a dream to work with. Denise, Aret, and the rest of the team helped us get our house ready for its best presentation, got it listed, and worked hard to help us get the best offer we could. Against a very tumultuous and uncertain real estate market that was the summer/fall of 2025 in the DC area, they came through with a buyer and offer. We were thrilled working with Artifact.

ZillowVERIFIED We cant thank Aret enough and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We were first-time home buyers purchasing remotely in Rockville, and Aret handled everything with care and professionalism. He showed us tons of homes and always gave honest input on each oneaEUR"pointing out pros and cons, and flagging issues we never wouldve noticed on our own. He really helped us figure out what would be the right fit. Even after closing, he was still there to support us and help with follow-up stuff. Just a great experience all around.

ZillowVERIFIED Aret and his team did a fantastic job, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home in DC. He made sure he was always readily available and helped us see over a dozen properties in just a few weeks. He immediately helped us narrow down our search after he understood what we were and were not looking for, which was not easy in a crazy housing market like DC. Whenever we had questions about our potential properties, he helped connect us with inspectors and contractors to size up the potential issues with a home (and always with impressive speed). Overall, I would happily work with him and his team again!

ZillowVERIFIED SELLERS TAKE NOTE. If I could give zero stars I would, due to Aret Koseian's behavior. My daughter requested a tour of a property, on my behalf, through Zillow. At the time, she did not have a buyer's agent. About an hour before the tour I let her know that our broker had provided a referral for an agent. When the agent hosting the tour asked if she was working with someone, she explained the situation truthfully: no, at the moment, we're not working with anyone, but we do now have a referral. Later, Aret Koseian called my daughter and accused her of lying about whether or not we were working an agent and was beyond rude. At one point he said "do you even know how real estate agents make their money?" Wow, he sure knows how to DETER someone from buying anything he's selling. My daughter was so upset, she lost all interest in the property.

ZillowVERIFIED Aret did an amazing job helping us find a home even though we lived in a different state. He took time to do virtual tours for us, that were very detailed and he truly helped us get into the perfect home for us. He took time to explain things to us we did not fully understand and was extremely patient. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Aret and his team were fantastic to work with for both the sale of our existing home and purchase of a new home. Aret was extremely thoughtful and calming throughout the entire process and helped us navigate the craziness that is the 2024 housing marketing in the DC area. From pricing and open house strategy to being super responsive in engaging with would-be buyers during the process, I am confident that Aret and his team helped us to maximize the value of our home. I would highly recommend working with Aret and Artifact Homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Aret was truly a savior after I parted ways with a previous realtor that slow and showed lack of interest. I reached out to Aret and he instantly asked what my needs were and to forward him anything that catches my interest. He was very knowledgeable in the DMV area advising me on what properties to avoid and which ones to go after and was able to set showings very quickly. During showings he was very thorough in pointing out various features and the important things to look after that may or may not be an issue down the road. He was also very effective during the offer and contingency periods and answered any questions I had promptly. It was really a pleasure working with him, I will definitely work with him again in the future and recommend him to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and active realtor who cares about what you need.

ZillowVERIFIED Aret was an outstanding guide, advisor, and negotiator during our recent home purchase, going above and beyond our expectations in many ways. He was incredibly responsive to our needs, replying within minutes to every call, email, or text. Aret also took pains to teach us everything we needed to know to make our first home purchase confidently, including spending extra time with us touring a house in poor condition just as a lesson in what to avoid. Down the stretch, he maneuvered skillfully to help us to win a bidding war on a tight timeframe in a highly competitive situation. The recent real estate market is not for the faint of heart, and throughout our process we have been so thankful to have Aret in our corner.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Aret Koseian was outstanding throughout my entire home buying experience. He is competent & knowledgeable of home buying metrics such as locations & neighborhoods, historical data, home conditions assessment, financing & financial data, advantages & disadvantages of visited homes, the future forecast of my home investment, etc. Aret attentively listened to my needs & goals and devised a strategic plan to achieve them. Additionally, his team, two of which stayed involved in my home buying process, were very much like Aret in doing everything possible in helping me throughout the entire home buying process in making it seamless & easy. ZillowVERIFIED Aret is a honest, loyal and hardworking person. Right from the get go, the first time we met him at a house in DC, he stood out from other realtors. He was extremely well prepared for a quick showing and came off to us as a very honest person. He is a knowledgeable, well-connected, and professional Real Estate Agent. He was very easy to work with as a first time home buyer. Aret would recognize quality vs. a quick-job during our showings. He was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were in, no matter if it was DC, MD, or VA. He was able to connect us with a fantastic mortgage company that beat out my credit union. Also, he gave us the recommendation to work with an amazing inspector which I work with for every home I buy. More than that, Arets administrative team and office were also a pleasure to work with. If I had to go back in time, keeping the knowledge I have now, I would 100% choose to work with Aret. I could not recommend working with Aret for your real estate needs enough. Thank you Aret!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Area and his team made the home buying and selling process so easy and stress-free! My fiancA(C) and I were lucky to have Aret's guidance and expertise when purchasing our first home together. He provided positives and things to consider with each home we viewed and gave us excellent advice on what we should do to have a good offer; however, he always told us to do what we thought was best and what we were comfortable with. When it was time to put my condo in DC up for sale, Aret was able to list it quickly at a good price, which ended up selling for more than asking. Overall, the process was quick, easy, and simple. I would highly recommend working with Aret and his team for home buying or selling!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyers, finding the right person was essential for us. We were lucky to find Aret, who was referred to us by a friend who previously utilized Aret's expertise. And this was the best decision in the process. He is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly, has the eye. Over the course of almost 3 weeks, we examined around 20 listings. Aret was the eyes and hands for us, he generously educated us on where to look, what to expect and what to avoid. He didn't push us to do any steps, in contrary, Aret was always trying to ensure that we take our time and find the right home. Luckily we did find our home and closed through a lender referred to us by Aret, who in turn was professional and gave us the best interest rate as well closed exactly within the told time. I strongly recommend Aret for anyone planning to start the stressful yet enjoyable journey of looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Aret is an incredibly professional and knowledgeable agent. I worked with Aret for about 6 weeks from Jan-Feb 2021 in a crazy DC real estate market. He is knowledgeable, thorough and most importantly really experienced. This last part is the most important in an incredibly competitive market like now. Aret skillfully managed the purchase of my townhome in what was a very tricky purchase process. I would not have had my offer accepted without the counsel of Aret. Again, his experience was the reason the seller accepted my offer. This market is so tough, you really do need an experienced agent.

Really appreciate the insight and guidance he gave me as I went through this process for the first time; Aret was able to connect me with a lender he worked with which got me a rate lower than others I was looking at, he made himself available to me at anytime throughout the process and I felt I was able to trust him and his guidance thoroughly. ZillowVERIFIED Aret was great. Within the first two weeks, he brought two great offers. We sold the house at the listed price. His advice was crucial in getting the house ready--new carpet, paint, curbside appeal, staging, photoshoot and aerial videos. We finished the sale in two weeks and we couldn't have asked for more. We handed over the keys and he took care off the rest, including scheduling the closing. Great agent to work with....

ZillowVERIFIED We used Aret to sell our home in the summer of 2018. He did an amazing job so when we were ready to buy a house we went back to him. We absolutely made the right choice. I dont think there are many other agents that would have went to the lengths that he did to help us get this home. He was responsive, patient, professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process including making sure we got all the correct inspections done. I'm not talking about just your standard home inspection. It was much more complicated then that. All I can say is if you need to get a deal done, Aret is your man!

ZillowVERIFIED Unlike some of the realtors I've dealt with, Aret was spot-on with his appraisal of a property's condition, what had been upgraded, and what would be problematic down the road. I'm sure it's tough dealing with buyers, they can be all-over-the-place in terms of needs (and sometimes it doesn't align with reality), but Aret handled things patiently and helped us get to the finish line. I would recommend him to others who are looking to buy or sell property.
