He started real estate in 2019 with his business partner and husband, Bobby Mehney.     Ardit helped us buy our home at 3023 Ashland and then sell the same home 2 years later as we were relocating for work. He was great to work with on both sides of the transaction.     In my opinion, it is harder to sell a home than purchase one. We had a very unique property to sell and Ardit was continuously coming up with clever ideas, had clear and frequent communication and feedback, superb marketing, and last but not least sold our home quickly (after one weekend!).
