ZillowVERIFIEDWe needed to sell two properties - a home in the city and 30 acres near Placerville. The Trigos Team listed the home, while the land, three hours away, was handled by a different Realtor. Our parent left an unfinished Living Trust. There were many complications. The Trust was unfinished, the property refinanced, and Title altered. Our dilemma would take a knowledgeable realtor, attorney, and accountant to get the paperwork in order so that we could clear up the title, satisfy the Accessors office, satisfy the Court, and satisfy all beneficiaries. The Trigos Team went the extra mile to help walk me through this nightmare mess. I followed their directions and they were able to get above asking price. The Trigos did so well working with our attorney, accountant, and the sale that I suggested to the beneficiaries we change realtors for the remaining property once the existing realtors contract expired. I felt confident the Trigos could move our second property at our asking price, which had sat on the market for almost a year. The 30 acres sold quickly and beyond what we expected. Working with the Trigos was a smart move! I found them honest, trustworthy, and I felt like a priority.
