His knowledge of the area and of the current market was so useful in our search. He knew the answers to every question we had. He was very patient and took his time with every showing. His professionalism and knowledge showed with every interaction we had. Arafat always made sure the houses we saw met our expectations and was a great negotiator when the time came. Even with todays market, we were able to get the price we wanted thanks to his help! Such a great experience and so thankful for his help! Definitely would recommend!

He never got frustrated or tried to rush us on choosing a house. He happily showed us any house we wanted to see until we found the right one. ZillowVERIFIED My experience with this realtor has been the worst experience ever. Please stay away from him as you will regret ever using him. He only cares about what he will profit after you sign the contract. He will not make sure that you buy the house in proper condition. He will push you to buy a house that you will regret buying it. He will buy a house for you that you will start repairing from the day you enter the house. As an agent, he will not have time to make sure that everything is fixed before closing date and he will tell you that he will never answer your calls after closing date. With my experience I advised you stay away from him as he is one of the most terrible realtor that I dealt with. He will buy you a house that everything in the house will not work or in good condition. In all hes an incompetent realtor and unprofessional as such.
