Aradhana fit the bill perfectly. She spent good amount of time talking to us to understand our priorities and explain the intricacies of the home buying process. She was always available to visit prospective homes and give us detailed tour and explain pros/cons of the house. She always went ahead helping me more than my expectations for all challenges that I had come across in this house hunt journey (and trust me there were way too many of those, not being fully prepared beforehand). Being a first time home buyer, I had quite a less cognizance about the home buying process as a whole. I had faced uncountable challenges in my journey of finding & owning a close to ideal home. List includes a hell lot of paperwork, documents arrangement & verifications, well drafted communications on time, several rounds of negotiation, finding a great lender, guiding me with crazy paperwork, and not to forget the most challenging one, the financing part (unbelievable closing in less than 18 days, with numerous unimaginable exceptions). She was always available to answer almost all my questions, no matter how much research had to be done around the same. She is highly professional in dealing with the sellerseller's realtorrd parties involved and always guided me to make the correct decision in time. Most of the realtors are done after closing the property however isn't the case with her. I still go back to her for most of my queries. I have heard about several realtors almost being a part of your home buying journey, however working with Aradhana that was the true experience. Finally, I would like to conclude with a quick note. She is a person with an amazing mix of professional and personal guidance. I don't have enough words to thank her for all the help & guidance she provided to me, very much like an elder sister.
