ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I cannot say enough thanks to Apryl for assisting us in selling our home in Bear Creek Community. She is exceptionally professional and reliable. We were impress by her conscientious and tenacious efforts to find the right buyer, and she always kept our best interest in mind. Although our real estate selling was a small transaction in comparison to the size of many proprieties in Bear Creek, she treated us with the same professional and courteous attitude one would except for a big transaction. Above all we appreciate her patient with us and her quick response to our numerous questions by emails and text messages. Thanks Apryl for being such a good listener, and for negotiating effectively until the selling of our house was completed.
ZillowVERIFIEDApryl was a huge help during our home search and purchase. She is very kind and easy to work with, as well as right on top of the local area and market conditions. Apryl made all the difference in helping us navigate both the crazy-hot real-estate market and the unique showing conditions made necessary by the pandemic, and was an outstanding representative for us in negotiations.
ZillowVERIFIEDDuring a time where the real estate market is crazy for buyers Apryl is the agent you want by your side! She was able to write competitive offers and was always on top of it. She was in constant communication with the seller's agent and with us. I would recommend her to my friends and family in an instant. I really appreciated her willingness to go see homes on our behalf and follow up with tons of pictures and videos. This was key in ensuring our offer was always one of the first ones. She is honest and transparent and so professional. I was impressed by her organizational skills from day one when she sent a detailed itinerary on our first day looking at homes. Something no other agent had done for us before. Once we opened escrow she followed up with a detailed timeline and key individuals we would be interacting with during the process. She is just a fantastic agent!
ZillowVERIFIEDApryl Stephenson was fantastic. She is honest, timely and did a great job listing and selling our property. The house listed and had 4 offers in 72 hours!Apryl knows how to get the job done. She has the knowledge and contacts to get you all the way through the sales process; from staging the home, getting professional photography, 3D Dollhouse images and all the way to negotiating the final details of the sale!We would definitely recommend Apryl Stephenson to represent you in any real estate transaction.
ZillowVERIFIEDApryl, I can't even begin to describe how thankful I am to you. You went SOOOOOOOOOOO far above and beyond to help my family. I'm truly amazed at how professional and commited you are to your profession. You handled our listing with unbelievable grace and patience. I am also beyond amazed at how you handled the complexity of our listing, over and over again. I appreciate you so very much. I would recommend you to ANYONE that needed an agent; buyers or sellers. I truly appreciate how every time some random thing came up, you had the answer and you had it quickly. You are the best; unequivocally.Thank you for everything.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery personable and responsive. Apryl was very professional and in tune with our wishes. She was very familiar with the area our condo was in and more than willing to show us any number of alternative homes.
