ZillowVERIFIEDInvested, personal, attentive, proactive - these words come to mind when I think of April. We've bought two homes and sold one with April so far, and as long as we live in Nebraska, she will be our realtor. The first thing on April's mind is taking care of your family. She'll help you find the best deal and the best home that fits your family's needs. She does thorough walk throughs with you and points out any potential issues to save you future headaches. She knows what it's like to raise young kids, and keeps an eye out for good schools, safe neighborhoods, good commutes to work, and an ideal floorplan. She will never advise you to put an offer in on a home that doesn't fit your needs just to make a buck. In consultations, I've even heard of her recommending someone rent their house for a few years instead of selling because they would yield a bigger profit, even though this meant she got no commission. Not only is she an amazing realtor, but she would literally give you the shirt off your back, thats how awesome of a person she is. She will not hesitate to come running to help with whatever you need. As a veteran herself, she knows how important it is to have village when you're raising kids in an unfamiliar place, and she is willing to be a member of that village for anyone and everyone. I've seen her offer to be an emergency contact for schools and daycare, a reference for jobs, and I recently saw her offer to watch someone's children while they give birth - and if that isn't the definition of selflessness, then I don't know what is. Hire April - you'll get the best deal and gain a lifelong friend.

ZillowVERIFIED April sold us our home 4 years ago. She made the process seamless and stress free. She answered our million questions with knowledge and patience. She remained in contact with us over the years and was always someone we could trust if we had questions. So this year when we needed to place our current house up for sale there was no doubt who our realtor would be. April came to the rescue once again taking the stress out of selling our home. We could not recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED April is a gem to work with! Although I didn't get to buy a house with her, it was through no fault of her own. She is very attentive and answered all my questions with me being a 1st time home buyer! I look forward to working with her in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED April is a fantastic agent and a wonderful human being. She really went out of her way, showing us houses long into the evening, and rearranging her schedule to take us to listings that just came to market. Once we honed in a house, she helped us through the entire process, and navigated some challenges we had with the seller as well. We would definitely work with her again and recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED April is absolutely amazing. She was always available for quick questions, last minute showings, and had a ready supply of recommendations for anything we needed. A friend of mine recommended April to me, and I cant tell you enough how truly blessed we were to have April as our realtor! She made the entire process (which was new to us) a breeze. I hear horror stories of buying homes, but April made it fun!

ZillowVERIFIED April went above and beyond for us. We were purchasing our first home after moving back from England and had no idea about the process, but she made it all so smooth for us. Even when there were a few hiccups along the way she did more than she had to, to ensure our move went smoothly. Absolutely fantastic. I would never use anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED I fully recommend April Tucker as a realtor and will definitely work with her again if I ever need to sell my home or buy a new one. She is without a doubt the only agent that I will work with. She took care of all our needs by carefully explaining the process from start to finish. She is without a doubt, the most responsive agent in the greater Omaha area. She is meticulous is finding a home that meets your needs and will bend over backwards to help you buy your home. Working with April was one of the best decisions we made when looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with April to find a house and transition out of our apartment. If you are a veteran using a VA Home Loan I highly recommend working with April to find and purchase a house. She is highly motivated and knowledgeable in all aspects and steps of purchasing a house; and even excels at finding and pointing out problems and future headaches to avoid.

ZillowVERIFIED April is such an amazing realtor and such a super sweet person. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were able to purchase our home with us still several states away with an upcoming military PCS.Every one of our questions, she answered in a timely manner. She made sure we were able to see the home via videochat, making it as if we were there in person viewing it.All in all, a great experience working with her!

ZillowVERIFIED I would not hesitate to recommend April Tucker to anyone looking to buy a home! She was easy to work with and ended up feeling more like a trusted friend than our real estate agent. She listened to what we wanted in a home and the area and quickly began to understand our family's needs as well as personality. I have a crazy work schedule, and April could not have been more understanding or accommodating. With April it is apparent she really loves what she does and cares about the people she works for. In addition to all of that she is highly knowledgable about the area, the market, and about what to look out for in a home. You simply can't go wrong when choosing to work with April Tucker!

She was very knowledgeable in the housing market/pricing, local establishments, good/bad neighborhoods, etc. she was also very personable and friendly. The home buying process was smooth (way smoother than we could have ever imagined) and organized. We will be using April again when the Aur Force relocates us again. ZillowVERIFIED April helped us find a house that fits our needs down to a T in the lower end of our price range ( and who would complain about that). Working side by side with her, being able to reach her anytime and getting responses to ideas or questions was so valuable and made the process of buying a home so much easier than expected. April took the time to sort through properties that could fit our wishlist and didn't hesitate to give her honest opinion when I came up with properties from listing sites that weren't suitable for our family. She helped us make the perfect bid in a competition on the house that we now own and was with us every step of the way. It has taken away a lot of anxiety and stress to be working with someone as competent as April - we could not be happier and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a great property, knowing she will be there to help, chat and compete.

ZillowVERIFIED April was so helpful! My husband is in the military and we were stationed overseas with orders to come back to the states. I saw April's Facebook page and decided to contact her about buying a house. Within a few days she gave us information on loan officers and began sending us video tours of some houses that we were interested in, all while we were overseas and almost a whole day ahead in time! She was so responsive and knew the local area very well and gave solid advice on the homes that we were looking at. Finally we found a home that was in our price range and that we loved, and began the process to buy it. April was there every step of the way and helped us finalize everything. We were able to get in our new home two days after we moved and we really love the house that she helped us find. I would use her again and again! She was great to work with!
