ZillowVERIFIEDApirl Shepherd is hands down the best realtor in Tenneessee. She has been my realtor for buying and selling 3 houses. I made mistakes once when I lived in Maryville and went with two different realtors, it was a nightmare. I literally called her after one of them couldnt get a house sold in six months. She told me that it wasnt her area, but she would try. She had new pictures taken, and rewrote the listing. She sold it in two weeks. I will only use her from now on.

We happened to make contact with these businesses while we were doing some preparation work on our home. We decided we would hire April. April presented herself very professionally. April was sincere and honest during the listing process. And April even offered us some advice that proved useful. April has a good knowledge of the real estate market. April did not waste any time to market our home. It was only 17 days after the time that we listed the home with April that received a full price offer with some exceptions from a Buyer's Agent. April stepped in and helped me do things that I just couldn't get help on, which made my life a lot easier. We worked out all the specifics and got the place sold. Couldn't have ask for more. April is also very experienced in her job field with years of background in it. Why is this important? Because inexperienced realtors do not know the art of the deal. There are a lot of in/outs and paperwork issues that can be avoided when you know the right avenues to use in the first place. When I called her up to list the house, she listed it for $25k more than we paid for it. She was very positive that our house would sell quickly. Little did we know that it would be under contract within about a week of listing it on the MLS. Although we only had a minor issue that needed a quick fix, she had very reliable contacts that could do the job quickly, perfectly, and also gave us the aEUR~friends and family discount. On top of everything April did to help us sell our house, we closed on our home 2 weeks early. I have to say, my husband and I were very pleased with her professionalism and her positive drive to sell our house. At closing, we also got a very positive report from our buyers at how clean and perfect the house looked. I would say nothing but positive reviews all the way around.
