April went above and beyond! We were living in a different state, new to the area and she did all the leg work by filming the houses we were interested in. The filming made a huge difference so when we did fly out to look at properties we werent wasting time. She did an excellent job negotiating for us through closing. We could not be happier. I would highly, highly recommend her as an outstanding agent!!

April was amazing in every aspect of our house hunting venture. She was very diligent and made sure we got what we wanted. Trust me it was no cake walk for her either. We had been in two escrows that ended up not working out (at no fault of hers) till we found a home to call our own.
