Ready to Sell? Here's why I'm the Realtor to represent you! To begin with, I'm proud to say that I was recently voted Best Realtor by the Auburn Journal's Best of the Best 2023...but that's not all! As a third generation real estate investor, I entered this profession with different agenda than most. My goal was purely to save the commission costs on my own deals. What happened next, I didn't expect! My eye for analyzing listings from the perspective of the buyer and my first hand experience as a seller maximizing the return on home improvement investments, gave me an amazing edge in selling properties. I have always loved homes and seeing their potential, but as a licensed realtor I really fell in love with the people and solving complicated problems to make their dreams come true. As a rookie agent, my first year came easy and I out-produced my entire brokerage combined. Not only did I sell more homes than any other agent in my town, I also out-produced 90% of the county in terms of sales volume and number of transactions. Moving forward, my business goal has been to help twice as many families every year! In no way can I claim this victory as my own. As a lifelong resident, I have deep ties in the community. I depend greatly on my excellent team including assistants, my creative and highly experienced lender partner, photographer, stager, trusted escrow and title team and skilled tradesmen that get our listings looking top-notch. With the support of my award winning team, we are able to make the impossible possible. We relish in the unique challenges that come with each sale.
