20+ years ago I started grabbing fliers and calculating estimated payments - for fun.

I have multiple certifications, e-pro, SFR, PSA, SRES, ABR. I also am an educator for Larimer Counties Neighbor 2 Neighbor organization that teaches the Colorado Housing Authority Home Buyer education classes.
