1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Education is critical - I teach the home buyers education class for CHFA and look forward to helping you understand the entire process and to feel comfortable with this big decision in your life.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The quality of marketing varies greatly based on the skill and budget of each individual broker. I have a background in marketing and implement an aggressive, professional, powerful plan to maximize your profit.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Quite a variety - which I enjoy. I have worked with first time home buyers, investors, relocating clients, sellers, empty nesters and mover-uppers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I am currently helping a growing family to purchase their dream home - and sell their current home at the same time. We were able to arrange for a bridge loan so that they will not have to move twice, and they are thrilled.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
20+ years ago I started grabbing fliers and calculating estimated payments - for fun.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have multiple certifications, e-pro, SFR, PSA, SRES, ABR. I also am an educator for Larimer Counties Neighbor 2 Neighbor organization that teaches the Colorado Housing Authority Home Buyer education classes.
