ZillowVERIFIEDWhere to begin... - Never followed through with request -Bad communication skills - My wife and I pretty much found the house that we ended up buying - Found out on the day of closing that the property had termite history -The agency shorted our home owners payment by $16 and the insurance company cancelled our policy without our knowledge because the real estate agency failed to fulfill the payment(we literally didn?t have homeowners insurance during hurricane Matthew, unbeknownst to us) since we found out months later that our policy was cancelled. Complete nightmare for first time home buyers.....
