ZillowVERIFIEDWith April as our realtor we were able to price our home accurately, receive multiple offers, and sell over our asking price. Everything went smoothly and closed as scheduled. While she facilitated the sale and paperwork process, she was open to all of our input. She always answered our questions quickly and with honesty. April is an exceptional realtor!!

ZillowVERIFIED John and April were instrumental in our successful quest to find our retirement home in San Diego county. More than just showing us homes, John really got to know us and our needs and was able to advise us regarding the suitability of various areas and properties that would best support our retirement. We really appreciated that understanding of our situation and believe it was invaluable in getting us into a home that we will love for years to come. Once you?re ready to make an offer, April swings into gear walking you expertly through the negotiation process, ensuring all marks are met and that you are satisfied with the final results. April and John are both so approachable, honest and even keeled. They do not let issues ruffle them but, rather, use their expertise to guide you through as well as taking extra steps to ensure your satisfaction. We really enjoyed working with them and highly recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED The sale of my home of over 30 years was an emotional one for me and April helped make the experience relatively painless & seamless. She knows this market and despite COVID & all the new requirements- managed the sale process well. We had multiple offers & her experience assisted us in choosing the right one. She is great!

ZillowVERIFIED April was a great help. Weve purchased several homes over the years and this transaction was one of the smoothest. April was always looking out for our best interest while making sure the sellers concerns were met as well. She offered a great balance that both sides were able to benefit some. Something you dont often see in the real-estate market.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer, April was great. We causally began looking for a house about 5 months prior to closing. During this time April was very responsive and low pressure allowing us to look at our own pace. San Diego is currently a very competitive market and April was able to assist us in putting in offers which were fair and most importantly stand out to the seller. We are happy to have worked with April and even after closing she has assisted us with questions. Would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED April sold our house in just a few weeks! She?s professional, works with a great team, has good marketing skills, and is creative. April gave us constant feedback, held open houses, did some staging at the house, and creatively last Ned for qualified buyers. The closing process was efficient and straightforward even though we were in another state.

ZillowVERIFIED To sum it up, April is amazing! Being a buyer its very easy to online search for your own home (I did!), but theres so much more to a Real Estate transaction that gets complicated and makes it beneficial having an experienced agent representing your best interest. From start to finish April was very responsive, had a sense of priority and not pushy with us. She had some great input on situations that proved to be beneficial, especially since we bought in a crazy time with the markets supply and demand. We scored the perfect home for our family, and although it was not an easy transaction (no fault of hers), she was such a great asset to have on our side. I would 100% highly recommend using her, especially in the Alpine area.

ZillowVERIFIED The whole process of buying our home went very smoothly. April was the listing agent on the house we decided to buy. She was knowledgeable about the area and the house and was very nice and easy to deal with so we decided to use her as our agent as well. April also went out of her way to help us view the property a few times before we made our decision to purchase it. She was never pushy or made us feel like we needed to hurry up and make a decision. She answered any questions we had, through the whole process, whether she knew the answer or needed to contact the seller to get the answers. She responded quickly to emails and texts and handled the negotiations very well. We would definitely recommend her and use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED April did an excellent job of marketing our home. We had two offers within the first week. She responds quickly to calls and even faster to text messages. Our buyer was selling her home and the sale was a contingency in our contract. April kept us informed as to the progress and updated on the timetable for closing. She has a good knowledge of the marketing tools available and is willing to spend money to utilize them. She entered our home on multiple real estate websites, had professional photos and a 3-D video taken, and updated information quickly and accurately. Her commission was less than the industry standard and she helped in getting us a credit from the buyers agent when the loan process dragged on. Our experience was not perfect but April worked hard to navigate through the rough spots.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been VERY impressed with April. Outside of the fact that she nearly broke my back suggesting we de-clutter our house... She did an awesome job. We had a different agent listed before April with another company, and 6 months later, our house was still on the market. Through Aprils insight and suggestions we had more traffic, and obviously as sale of our property at a fair price. You cant do any better than April... Just be prepared to move some stuff if you have lots of clutter. BUT ITS WORTH IT!! Mike and Elaine Heidtbrink

ZillowVERIFIED Hiring April was the best move we ever made to sell our home, Prior to having April represent us we had another agent who represented us for 6 months with not one offer and very few potential buyers looking at our home. Within the first week of April representing us we had more potential buyers look at our home and to top it off we had an offer within 7 days and our home has closed, We highly recommend April if you are looking for a top hard working agent. ZillowVERIFIED April continued to remain engaged even after the sale when we had some issues come up with home warranty. Her help was instrumental in helping us navigate through negotiating repair charge reimbursement that had initially been declined. Her personal knowledge of the Alpine area helped us settle in and find service providers. She was always a phone call or text away.

ZillowVERIFIED April was our agent when we bought our house in 2011. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. We bought a foreclosure, and she helped with hiring of workmen to bring the home up to standards to get our loan. I would use her again as an agent if I am ever again in the market for real estate.
