She takes people as they are, no airs about her, from selling million dollar properties to very low end, she is ready for any challenge. I think I drove her crazy with my anxiety during the end of the processes on both selling and buying, I even offered her a photo of me to throw darts at, her sense of humor prevailed. She not only handled 90% of all the details so I did not have to, she did it with professionalism and humor. I love my new house. It is just right for me. I consider her a new friend.
