He was always available and understanding and really listened to our needs and concerns. He was great with negotiations and knew exactly what he was doing every step of the way. He really also went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of including the arrangements that were needed such as inspections and looking into possible issues with the properties we were looking at and with the property we chose, not to mention with the sale of our home as well. Tony was very patient and understanding throughout everything, if we needed to see a home he would make it happen even if we reached out that same day and made sure we got to look at everything we wanted to see. We felt comfortable to ask any questions and reach out with concerns any time we had any! He really went out of his way to make this experience a great experience and it was honestly so amazing working with him, we couldn't have chosen a better person! He explained the process for finding a home and what happens once you find the house you want to buy. When I looked on the internet and found a house that I might want to buy, he immediately looked it up, made sure it meet the VA's standards and set up an appointment to see the property. It was the perfect house and thanks to Antonio's negotiating skills I beat out the other bidders for the house. When the Corona virus caused the state to shut down operations including Antonio's real estate office, he came to the office to help me when I called him for help in spite of the risk to his health. Antonio is someone you can count on.
