ZillowVERIFIED Antonio treated us as family. He worked to understand our needs and wants when it came to make a decision on a home. I'm quite complex, but he trusted that we can find something within our needs and budget. One hour before a house can take no more offers, we drove up to our perfect home. Antonio worked quick to arrange for more timing for us to submit all our paperwork and offer at the exact moment when we decided that this was our home. At a fail from a first and second request, Antonio quickly tried to make light to the situation and give hope that there will be other houses within our budget. On our drive to the next house viewing that was scheduled for that day, Antonio was still trying his best to make the other option work. With Antonio's persistence, the seller finally became flexible. After receiving good offers who meet their deadline, they somehow showed compassion towards our humble family. And that was because Antonio couldn't accept no as an option. He was also sold on how this one house was our perfect fit. Just as my family works as a team, I need professionals who provide services to also work with us as a team. He could have easily said we are denied and missed the deadline and would have to look for another place, but he didn't. This person really believes in his work and really fights hard to make your dream house available. The consistence of renegotiating was a challenge he accepted to steer his clients away from disappointment. I think one of the main reasons he stands out from the rest is his transparency. It's easy to see his good heart, strong work ethics, passionate to meet his client's vision, and knowledgeable about the real-estate business. You will not be disappointed. I am so glad we found our real-estate agent for life and I will refer him to all my family and friends. Oh and another addition: He also works very fast. We found our house on Sept 30, offer was accepted on Oct 1st, and we closed on Oct 26. And we started shopping at the end of August. Our first time home buying experience took about 2 months from start to finish. The moment I met him, I gave him my timeline, and he met it! Everyone else thought my timing was unrealistic, but I'm a person that works fast and gets things done. I don't like to sit and wait, and I need someone to work quick with me. And Antonio was the perfect fit. Our family is blessed to have met him.

ZillowVERIFIED When we first started our search to buy a home we had no clue where to begin. Antonio was reffered to us by one of my friends who bought with him. Antonio from the beginning explained every single step of the process. I am really impressed by how much knowledge and how patient he was with us. When we found the house we wanted he was there to educate us. We wanted to offer 10k more than Antonio thought we should. He asked us to trust him and sure enough we offered what he felt would get the deal done and we got our house for 17k under what we wanted to offer!! Not only that the people he sent me (lender,inspector,and attorney) are all great! If you want someone who will treat you like family and look out for you Antonio is your guy!

We have odd schedules, and Antonio accommodated us at all times, no questions asked. This included nights and weekends. Antonio is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and available. I remember that on a hot summer day that we were seeing several houses, Antonio brought us cold bottled water. This is the type of detail that made us choose Antonio over others. He always had the answers to questions we had and made our home buying experience as seamless as possible. When we ran into some issues with closing (not due to Antonio of course!), he really came through, and was on our side. Finally, Antonio did a great job at negotiating, and we ended finding a house we love which was actually under our budget!!! We cannot recommend Antonio highly enough!

We knew that we could not afford something pricey and agents would not stick around since our budget was so low. We got referred to Antonio and he really helped us out. He found us a house that was a steal in the area we wanted. I know since the house we bought was so cheap he did not make a lot money. He still however treated us like we where the most important and richest clients lol Now I own a home worth way more than I paid for. If you want someone who answers your calls, explains things and has your best interest in mind Antonio is your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Antonio is a nice guy the makes sure his customer are happy. I had bad experiences with other realtors where they would not show houses because they did not have enough time but let me tell you this guy make sure, he puts all his time and effort into the customer so that they find there dream home. And his negotiable skills are very good the house I just got because of him it's actually worth 110,000 and I only payed 84,000 so if you are looking for someone to help you find a house honestly this is the guy. He is very helpful.
