Review Im very thankful with Antonio Atoche in selling my house in Hawthorne. He was reffered to us by our comadre. We werent sure to put it up for sale in December because of the Holidays. He explained to us the benefit of putting it up for sale in December, we followed his advice and received multiple offers in 4 days and sold it for $20,000 more of the listing price. I highly recommend him if you are looking to sell or buy a home.

Review Great agent! When I purchase my house I tried other agents and never got an offer approved, They didnt have grat nogotiation skills, they just waited to see what happened. When I met Antonio Atoche I knew He was going to find me and get my house. The first day He went to show us houses, We kind of liked one and submitted an offer, at this point I thought it was impossible to get an offer approved, since We had been rejected so many times. Antonio had us wait at the car and went back to the house to talk to the owner, five minutes later He came back with the good news that They aproved the offer. I honestly hadt liked the house a lot and backed out on my offer I thought Antonio was going to get upset, but He wasnt and kept sending us houses to check out until We found it. We fell in love with the new kitchen and called Antonio to submit the offer... Two hours later He called me to let me know that They accepted the offer and even got us some help for closing costs. He is just amazing, He helped us thru the process and explained what was next since We were first time buyers We had no clue,

Review Truth be told - Antonio made what had become a long stressful process with another realtor into a very fast and successful one. We were 8 months into looking and making offers that never won, and within a few weeks with Antonio we were in Escrow on the house we love. His many years of experience also gave us an advantage in negotiating all of the things that we wanted in the deal. He was very fair and professional with everybody on all sides and his confidence made everyone involved very comfortable.
