ZillowVERIFIED Painless. That's a great word to describe my experience working with Antje. Response time for answering texts or phone calls is unheard of. I think the longest I've waited was an hour and that's because it was late in the evening. If you are using a VA loan look no further. You also get free money as well which is always nice. Choose Antje and as long as you are a sane rational human being you will be impressed.

In every purchase, we had to look at many properties and placed many failed bids before finally winning. Antje would submit bid after bid until we finally succeeded. Her understanding of the market helped us to know what price we needed to pay to get what we wanted. It also helped us to get maximum dollars for our properties when we sold them. Antje always gave us personal attention, insuring that we would close on properties even if we were out of town, which happened twice. Most recently, she canceled a personal event to show us our latest property the very day it came on the market! ZillowVERIFIED Antje helped us with a very difficult short sale. The first two buyers walked and the third one finally closed. They were tricky people and played a lot of games. We had to jump through a lot of hoops even with the third buyer as well, and that deal almost fell apart too. It took a year, and each time with each buyer the bank required us to start the entire shortsale process over again. Antje was patient and stood by us the entire time. The whole experience was emotionally draining but Antje kept us cool and focused and what a relief when the deal finally closed! She also helped us find a new place to live! We would not hesitate to use her services again!

ZillowVERIFIED We owned a condo in Tarpon Springs and wanted to move into a house also in Tarpon Springs. Since we live out of state Antje had to be very accomidating of our schedule (when we were down, she would show us the house) She made several trips to show us and our family the house we were considering. We found the house, and now needed to sell the condo in order to afford the new home. Antje handled BOTH transactions seamlessly. Not only do We live out of state but so did the buyers of the condo and the sellers of the house, yet Antje kept track of everything from inspections, paperwork and banks. She kept us completely up to date as things progressed. The sale/purchase was so well coordinated that we literally flew down to the closing and had the movers all in day....no renting of storage units! Maybe that was a wonderful coincidence but Antje was so on top of everything that I really believe she helped greatly in the timing of it all. I would absolutely use Antje again for ANY Real estate transaction we may consider. We actually just had her out to the house for an appraisal, and although she gave us very good news about our homes value, we decided not to list it, and Antje couldn't have been more the professional in respecting our decision. She never makes you feel like you are wasting her time, either in appraising or in showing possible purchase investments. She is extremely organized, very knowledgeable of the area and the market. She is very punctual and concise which is very helpful when you're only in town for short periods of time. We actually gave Antje the key to our home so she could handle the photographer, and any inspections even in our absence because she is that trustworthy.
