ZillowVERIFIED Antione was, by far, the best Realtor weve ever worked with. He was extremely responsive, yet never pushy or inconsiderate of our schedule. Whether by phone, text, email, or video chat, he provided updates in the manner most convenient to us. Due to our search occurring during COVID-19, he even showed us several properties via FaceTime. Antione is also extremely knowledgeable of the Saint Louis market, and he had great insights on neighborhoods and even individual buildings. During our negotiation, we always knew he had our interests in mind and he never pressured us to make a decision we werent comfortable with. He also offered his opinion based on how he might personally respond to an offer or counter offer if he were pursuing a home, which was very helpful. Finally, Antione was an invaluable resource during the loan underwriting process, and he really tied together the whole constellation of actors (loan officer, sellers agent, title, inspector, etc.). I highly recommend working with him, as we certainly will if we buy another home in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED As first-time homebuyers looking from out-of-state (during a global pandemic), we could not have been more fortunate to have Antione guiding us through the process. From the beginning, Antione was patient and deliberate in wanting us to find the right home, and to feel good about the process every step of the way. We had a previous experience with a different agent (also highly rated on Zillow) who pressured us to make an offer quickly. In complete contrast, Antione was clearly most interested in helping us find the right place, not on selling us. When it was time to move forward, he was in action immediately ? helping us make an offer in time to circumvent competition. In looking at properties (virtually and in person), Antione demonstrated broad expertise. He spotted issue areas and areas of quality craftsmanship that helped us make informed decisions and requests during escrow. We had already walked one house with a different agent before Antione, and when we walked it with Antione, he was able to identify and explain so much more about the house (all important and relevant) than the other agent. Antione also demonstrated specific knowledge about value in the neighborhoods that we were looking at so that we could properly evaluate our options and make a sound offer. His skills helped us feel confident that the home we selected was right for us. Throughout the process, Antione demonstrated a deep commitment to representing us with integrity and client service.
