Anthony moved to Florida in 1987 and began his real estate career shortly thereafter. Over more than three decades, he has developed extensive expertise in Hutchinson Island real estate, oceanfront condos, waterfront homes, luxury properties, boating properties, second homes, and investment real estate.

His deep familiarity with Hutchinson Island's individual condominium buildings and communities allows him to advise buyers and sellers on property values, pricing, market trends, association requirements, special assessments, reserves, inspections, and other important considerations unique to coastal Florida real estate.
