My wife and I were first-time buyers, both working, with a baby at home, and we had approximately zero clue what we were doing. Anthony guided us through the entire process with an incredible mix of patience, honesty, and market knowledge. He helped us figure out what kinds of homes were actually right for us, sorted through listings with us, helped us come up with smart offer strategies, and walked us all the way through closing. What really stood out was that he was never remotely pushy. A few times we walked into a place and Anthony basically said, aEURoeYeahaEUR| no, this isnt your house,aEUR? and then gave us a detailed explanation of why. It was so refreshing to work with someone who clearly cared more about getting us into the right home than just getting a deal done. His read on the market was also kind of scary-good. He had a great sense for what homes should be worth, how long theyd stay on the market, and where theyd ultimately sell. It made the whole process feel much less like guessing and much more like making informed decisions. ZillowVERIFIED Anthony Vetrano is an amazing real estate professional. We met him very early on in the process and are so glad we did. When we met him, we were sure we wanted to buy an apartment. Over the next few weeks, our thought process did a 180 and we decided we wanted a house instead. He was so patient throughout. He helped us in so many ways - from sending listings to arranging to see those listings on the weekdays, weekends, late in the evenings, early in the mornings, and sometimes even on the same day. His schedule was always very flexible for us. He is also very communicative and always responded in a timely, and professional manner. We were in the loop throughout the whole process which was a big plus for us. The other thing we really appreciated was his honest feedback (both positive and negative) about each property we saw. And his references are out of the world. We took his recommendations for lawyer, inspector, and appraiser. The mortgage lender he recommended helped us close in only 7 working days when our original mortgage lender ditched us at the last minute. And even after closing, he has continued to be a wonderful resource. He checks in on us, and even recommended to us movers, painters and contractors (plumber, electrician, handyman, blinds guy). We are also selling our current apartment, and Anthony has really gone out of the way to make the process as smooth sailing for us as possible. His expertise doesn't allow us to feel like we are first time sellers. He helped us decide and negotiated on our behalf a fair price for the apartment, took pictures for the listing, listed it, co - ordinated open houses and showings, and continued his assistance as the place went through attorney review, inspection and appraisal. You do not know what a great realtor is till you work with Anthony Vetrano. I would recommend him, his services and his team to anyone and everyone in a heart beat. Thanks a ton for all your help Anthony. You and your references are the reason why we we were able to actually buy our dream home, and not lose it to glitches at the last minute.

In this sellers market, you really want someone like Anthony fighting for you. We had such issues with the seller throughout the whole process and he guided us expertly throughout it.
