Anthony Sharp

I'm Anthony Sharp, a REALTOR with Sharp Realty Group, brokered by Real Broker, LLC, licensed since January 2020.

I served 9 years in the U.S. Air Force as an enlisted NCO. Five PCS moves, two deployments and several overseas tours. My wife Tania served too. We were mil-to-mil for 4 years at Yokota AB and Incirlik AB, then PCS'd to Randolph AFB in 2015. A year later I separated and worked as a GS-12 Army medical facility manager.

So I've been there with the orders shuffle. I hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification and have helped 100+ military families move to JBSA.

Who I help:

- Military families PCSing to JBSA
- VA and new-construction buyers
- Sellers in Cibolo, Schertz and Selma

Here's the honest truth on VA: most of my purchases close in 25-35 days, contract to close, when we plan backward from your report date.
