We felt so fortunate to already know who to call when my wife and I began looking into upgrading to a new home. Tony helped me sell a condo and buy a home 7 years ago, so I as very relieved to be able to work with him again. From the very beginning of us reaching out to Tony in December 2024, we knew we would be in for a challenge moving 3 dogs and 2 cats from one home to another. On the selling side, Tony asked what our goals were, gave constructive feedback based on his market knowledge, and kept a positive attitude throughout the entire process. He coordinated over 20 showings across one weekend, so we could have peace-of-mind only taking our dogs out of their home for a minimal amount of time. He helped us find buyers that were respectful of our contingencies. He also attended our home inspection, appraisal and final walk through with our buyers to ensure everyone was happy and on the same page. When it came to buying, he attended open houses, inspections and the walk through with us, pointed out things we didnt notice and did extensive research on any homes we were interested in. Our new home goals and budget changed throughout the process, but Tony kept detailed notes on what we told him we wanted and always asked us if a home did not fit into everything we were looking for. He was truly looking out for our best interest the entire time, while giving honest and productive input to the point that we knew exactly what we were getting into before ever putting in an offer. With a decision as big as buying a new home, having confidence in knowing what we would be walking into on our first night at the new home was extremely important to us, Tony made that easy! We could tell Tony was well respected by other agents involved in our buy/sell process, as well as our mortgage broker and title companies. He helped coordinate a tricky title situation on our new home, to the point that we didnt know the extent of the complications until the title company mentioned how well the two agents on this deal handled it. We would recommend Tony to family and friends, as a matter of fact we already have! Thank you again Tony for everything you did to help us make this an extremely smooth process, given the contingencies we gave you in the beginning. We went through some personal struggle in the middle of these deals, and you were extremely respectful of our boundaries, while still making sure we knew you were there for us whenever we had a question. For anyone looking into buying/selling, Tony is more than an agent, he is a partner that will be in the boat with you for the entire process!
