I hired 3 other agents over the course of 2 years trying to sell my home, continually running into issues with the agent just trying to lower the price for a quick sale. I have high expectations that I refused to lower. I initially called Tony on a Sunday afternoon; he answered the new phone number he didnt know and we talked for 30 minutes about the assistance I needed. When Tony came over to look at my house a few days later, he clearly directed me on the tactics we would use to sell my home and assured me we would settle for nothing less than asking price. ZillowVERIFIED Tony Raffin came highly recommended and all the great things you hear about him as a relator were spot on. He knew the areas I was interested in the good and the bad parts. To start with he ask you a lot of questions to understand what your looking for. When it was time to go see some houses he shoots you straight he showed me all the flaws in the houses and then the good. I could really tell he wasnt just trying to push a house on me to get me in and out and make some quick money he too the time and energy to help me find a great house. The funny thing is when I was getting the house inspected the home inspector was showing me all the flaws and positives of the house that raffin already mentioned to me. So right then and there it confirmed I picked the right relator .

ZillowVERIFIED I was very seriously considering Tony and his Raffin Team in early Q1 2017 as a potential Seller representative agent for my property after verifying online the number of properties he and his team had successfully represented seller's for in my community. I was looking for an agent that had experience selling properties in my specific community due to some of the challenges/limitations of marketing my property due to HOA restrictions. I had a very supportive and positive initial session Tony where I met with him and he immediately explained that I would be getting a whole team of people as support in selling my property, not just him. Sounded great, and he was very responsive and friendly.Although I was first very impressed, I am glad I had done my homework thoroughly before choosing Tony, even with his "team" of support. Main reason was the HIGHLY inaccurate under-evaluation of the value of my property that was less than 1 mile from his and his team's main office. Although I asked to begin marketing my property at specific initial sale price based on comps in my neighborhood listed online and through the evaluation of a realtor arm of my then current property mgmt company, he and his team tried to convince me (without stepping foot on my property) that their expert appraiser's evaluation and strong recommendation was that my property should only start out listing at a max of $10.5K less than the price I requested, which was also $5K under what I still owed on my mortgage for the property. They emphasized this price so strongly it would seem to onlookers that they were almost refusing list my property at any price higher than that. I requested he or a member of his team visit my property to reconsider their appraisal assessment, but I was told that this would not make much difference. How would he or any of them truly know without visiting?????Again, luckily I had done my homework. This chick was not born yesterday or stupid. Tony and his team's strongly "recommended" starting list price was WAY under comps and evaluations of Zillow and other site's (and the real estate agent through my property mgmt company's) approximate evaluations of my property's value. Frustrated and disgusted, I turned to my secondary choice real estate agent who had very highly successful track record and experience in selling properties in my subdivision, and am I so glad I turned to her. She set up a time to visit my property to evaluate it. Within only @ 15 mins after quickly looking over all areas of my former property, she was very excited about listing it and indicated that without updating a single thing on the property, I would be able to easily start out listing it for $9K more than the starting list price I was requesting (that Tony and The Raffin Team strongly recommended I NOT begin listing my property for). I was in disbelief as this seemed excessive to me based on my research, so I asked to start listing it $3K less than what she recommended. She posted my listing that night (a Sunday) in late-April 2017 at this price. Within only 1 day after the listing was active I already had 1 legitimate offer at the initial requested sale price. 3 days after that, I had 3 more legitimate offers at the initial requested sale price. A small bidding war ensued and by the following week my property was contingent and successfully sold in June for CASH at the original price she recommended ($3K more than my original list price)!! I'm not sure if Tony and his The Raffin Team has some house flipper, etc racket going or if they simply have a VERY bad appraiser that definitely needs to be replaced, but ***SELLERS BEWARE***!!!!
