ZillowVERIFIED We used Anthony Rael to help us sell our condo and at the same time purchase a new home for our growing family. Working with Anthony was amazing! He was professional at all times and truly had our best interest in mind. He was never pushy and never grew tired of our many random questions that we would pose sometimes well after normal business hours. He went over the contracts line by line to make sure we understood what were signing and the implications of each criteria that we agreed to. When we ran into a problem due to Mother Nature in purchasing our home and had to decide whether to delay closing or go forward with it; Anthony only had our best interest in mind and stated that if we had any moment of hesitation that we should not go forward with the closing and wait until the problem was fully resolved. I believe this example best shows how much Anthony truly cares about his clients. He could have just told us that it would be fine and to go ahead and close on time as this would not have been any skin off of his back. Rather he took the approach to think of us as friends rather than just clients. ZillowVERIFIED When you first meet Anthony he will go over what type of home you are looking for that will meet your family needs. Then he goes over what area you would like to live. Then the price he takes all of your information and matches up what is currently on the market. He sends updates as they come available. A simple call to him with a interest in a property and he arranges a time for a showing. He is very patient with his clients even when they view several homes until the right home is found, and low and behold its all the information that you gave him to when you first met with Anthony.

ZillowVERIFIED A stroke of luck brought us to Anthony. We were first time home buyers, and were really nervous about the whole process. Anthony was wonderful to us. He always took time to answer our questions and to explain things thoroughly. He was willing to show us as many houses as it took to find "the one", and was patient while we were making our selection. Anthony's patience was necessary because we had a bit of a roller coaster home buying experience. We made an offer on a house we loved, and were devastated when it didn't pass inspection. Anthony was there to give me a hug, counsel us, and assure us that we would find the right house. We found another one; it didn't really pass inspection either, so we decided to walk away. Anthony was very supportive of our choice, and, once again, assured us that we would find the right house. Finally, after looking at dozens of houses, making offers, going through inspections, and walking away, we found "the one". Our new house was worth the wait, and the roller coaster ride it took to find it. We couldn't be happier with Anthony as a realtor; he is truly spectacular. Even after closing he still checked in to see how the painting was going and when we were planning to move in. He genuinely cares about his clients, even if they aren't technically his clients anymore. We look forward to keeping in touch with Anthony, and to inviting him to our house warming party. Through this process we didn't just find a realtor we trust and highly recommend, we also found a new friend.

As a first time home buyer, I was cautious initially, but he gained my trust and I could tell he sincerely cares about his clients. ZillowVERIFIED my wife and I decided it was time to buy a house. i was apprehensive and reluctant at first but Anthony put all my worries to rest. I met Anthony and didn't know he was a realtor. He stood out because he seemed very genuine, friendly and trustworthy. So of course when i found out he was a realtor it was an easy choice to work with him and he proved all those qualities to be true, and more. He was very patient with us which I am thankful for. Explained the processes involved, was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. He was there for us at all times of the day and night; i don't know if he ever slept or wasn't working! I was getting nervous we wouldn't find that special house but after much perseverance he came through.
