My husband and I just purchased our first home and I can honestly sit here and say if it wasn't for Tony Paolo, we would have been lost. Tony knew that that our life long dream was to become home owners. We never thought it would be possible for us. He sent me a message one day of this beautiful home and said this is YOUR house. He was right, it was. Not thinking we could qualify he encouraged us to to give it a go and sure enough here I am sitting here in this big, old, beautiful house and its ours! We had never gone through this process before and we clearly had no idea what we were doing, but he kept us in the loop so we always knew what to expect. We had several questions along the way, which he was always available and quick to answer and if he didn't have the answer he would find it. He was incredibly patient, kind, trusting and encouraging through the whole process. There were a few points that we both felt so discouraged and we would express this to Tony and he was always so positive and assuring that it would all be okay and it would all work out. Not only was he an amazing Realtor, but he also became a great friend and a trusted advisor in the real estate business.
