ZillowVERIFIED Anthony was a wonderful resource as I sold my home. He began by suggesting a price that I thought that might be high, but I went along with it thinking that if we got no action we could always reduce the asking price. To my shock, he received a full price offer from an approved buy on day 2 of the listing! As the process continued, he talked me off the ledge several times as Im a senior citizen who hasnt sold a home in over 22 years. Things have changed and he explained everything as we went along. He worked with me to stop the buyer from delaying the closing FOR THE SECOND TIME (!) by telling them I did not want to once again change the date homeowners insurance ended, utilities would transfer, etc. He is knowledgeable, responsive to questions via phone/email/text. All in all, I highly recommend him as your real estate agent and broker!
