He was knowledgeable and patient through the entire process, which spanned several months and included multiple properties. His knowledge of the area properties was vast, and it was bolstered by the fact that he mostly seems to be very active in these specific areas. In fact if we were acting in haste because we were getting tired of looking, he would tell us to take it easy. Sleep over it and emphasize that this is a big decision. Extremely responsive and always available to discuss things. Very professional. From the moment Anthony stepped into our house, we knew right away we'd be using him. I remember looking at each other and giving a head nod as Anthony talked. We both instantly felt comfortable, and knew Anthony would go above and beyond to ensure that we stayed that way throughout the whole process. From annoying little questions, to quick one off texts - he is ALWAYS available. I mean, on vacation, at night, on the weekend. He's always connected, even when we told him to ignore us! There were a few times my husband needed some advice, and Anthony was literally a quick phone call away. I've had to thank him for talking my hubby off the ledge once or twice :) He knew what we wanted, and got us more. We had 9 offers in 2 days. We didn't even have a for sale sign up!!
