Anthonys network and expertise in a ruthless Long Island market is unmatched. He connected us with the best attorney and home inspector weve ever worked with. They and Anthony made all the difference. They reduced our stress, and helped us stay focused on making the right decision for our needs. Buying in Nassau County is a very different experience from anywhere else weve bought or sold, and came with its share of unexpected complexities. Anthonys strategy, persistence, and steady guidance kept everything moving and ultimately brought our purchase to close. We would recommend Anthony and eXp without hesitation. If youre thinking about buying or selling, this is what working with the right team can look like.

Anthony is very knowledgeable on the neighborhood that we were eyeing on and he is absolutely professional when it comes to his job. He has been with us since day 1 (Dec 2023) of finding a house until we close. He was very punctual on our appointments and he is very approachable and answers our inquiries on a timely manner! Highly recommended real estate agent!

Anthony was nothing short of amazing in working with us to purchase our new home! From scheduling viewings outside of open-house hours, professionally representing us, placing bids, negotiating on our behalf, to finally signing and closing, Anthony was there at every step. He was dependable and informative and helped us navigate a complex market to help us secure the home we loved most! We highly recommend him to any future buyers!

Anthony did an amazing job helping us sell our home! He is professional, trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable. My mother and I were in a very stressful situation prior to selling our house and Anthony made the process seamless and smooth - he stepped in and took out all the stress and handled everything. He was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. We would highly recommend Anthony and eXp Realty! We could not be more grateful for his services. A million thank you's!

Anthony is passionate, professional and confident about his work. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. Anthony has excellent negotiation skills which lead to getting us over asking price. He listened to our needs and requests, and was always respectful of our time. Anthony values his clients feedback and is quick to act. He was very responsive to our calls and texts especially the time-sensitive issues. Anthony made this process seamless and it was a pleasure to work with him. We highly recommend Anthony LaBella. During our process, we recommended him to two of our family members who also sold their home successfully and for over their asking price. Wonderful agent and person. Kudos to you, Anthony, for the amazing job you did for all of us. With sincere appreciation.
