Review We worked with Anthony Giglio to sell our home in Carver, MN. He was a fantastic agent who helped us sell during the beginning stages of the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic. We signed with him in April and immediately he got things moving. We had photos and a 3D tour taken within 2 days and once the listing was up it was flawless. Anthony got our house in front of as many eyes as possible by listing it in the Star Tribune, the MN Real Estate Show and every site out there! Anthony also had to do a bit more leg work on this listing as we had moved out of state and the home was vacant. He kept a eye on the property and ensured that it was always ready to be toured. Once we got an offer Anthony kept us in the loop about the progress towards closing and even though there was a delay in the closing, due to the buyer, Anthony was on top of getting the situation resolved.I would highly recommend Anthony and we think he is amazing!!!David and Karen Rohr

Anthony explains things clearly and simply, and won't let you forget anything along the way. He will help guide you to decisions without leveraging his own opinions on the matter. "What do YOU want to do?" is the question you'll hear most, because he genuinely wants to know what you want, and he'll help you get to that decision with his vast and surefooted knowledge of the market and the whole process of buying a house.We found a home we are thrilled with and, in 30-some-odd years when we're old and gray and want to move off to the warmer climates, I have no doubt that we'll call Anthony first to sell it.

Review I have used Anthony twice as a selling agent. He and his associates are very supportive and make great suggestions to help you get your home ready for sale. The first time I used his services my home had been on the market with another broker for 6 months with no results. After I engaged Anthony as broker in 2012 the house was under contract and closed in three months. In 2014 we put another house on the market on a Wednesday and I had three offers by Saturday of the same week. The service was outstanding from the beginning to the end of the process. If the occasion arises I will use Anthony Giglio, Re/Max Legacy again.

Review It goes without saying, the real estate professional you choose to help you buy a house is as EQUALLY important to choosing the right home. Since the first time we started talking to Anthony about buying our first home, he was extremely attentive to our absolute, no compromise criteria of what we wanted in a home. He did his homework well and showed us some pretty awesome homes all within our criteria and price range. We ended up going with our current home in Wilmington but we must have looked at at least 10-15 homes previous to that one. We had an issue on the seller's end pertaining to the title of the house and since we had ZERO experience with any of this, Anthony pretty much took our hands and guided us through the "choppy waters" if you will. Every time I called him for a status update, he was right there giving me the play by play and showing me exactly how the process to buying a home went. My wife Erin and I were so grateful for his professionalism and expertise because it really took the weight off a major life purchase like buying your first home. We were able to focus on the houses and make a solid decision on which one to pursue. If you have any doubts about working with Anthony please remember this:1.
