ZillowVERIFIEDAnthony helped us tremendously right from the beginning with finding our dream home and starting the process from start to finish but not only that he stayed on top of things and assisted us immediately anytime we had any questions, concerns, or even needing help with something during the process of closing. Highly recommend him, and he is not only just a professional for what he does in real estate but also an amazing person and serves the community as a Firefighter every other day along with also being a busy father on his down time/days off. Thank you Mr Gaulin for everything you were the best!!

ZillowVERIFIED Anthony was great, he listened and really understood what we were looking for. We were relocating and he was able to provide insight into the different neighborhoods. Anthony was responsive and explained everything through the entire process. He went above and beyond as our realtor! With his help, I feel confident that we got the best deal for a home that we love. He negotiated on our behalf and alerted us to anything that he felt was concerning. He was great to work with and I definitely would work with him again. 10/10 service!

ZillowVERIFIED I just purchased a home with Anthony and he was the seller's agent but knew more about the property in such detail that I've never seen from a realtor so I decided to use him as my agent too. I used him to look at other properties besides the one that I initially worked with him on. I'm certain that he helped me get the best price anyone could've gotten on that property. I will use him again in the future and he's the only one that I'd recommend to anyone needing an agent. He will know the property better than the owner when he meets with you at a showing.

ZillowVERIFIED Anthony has done several house transactions for our family and is superior in every aspect of his performance. His calm approach and attention to detail are so much appreciated as the buying or selling of a house can be a stressful process. We recommended him to friends of ours and he has done his usual excellent job negotiating the sale of land and the purchase of a house. Highly recommend him!!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough good things about Anthony. We have worked with several Realtors over the past year and a half and none of them even come close to Anthony's service, expertise, and professionalism. From the time we first met Anthony, there was never a moment we felt pressure to purchase a home from him or to make an offer we did not feel comfortable with. Anthony was honest about the homes and neighborhoods we were interested in, and quickly picked up on exactly what type of house we were looking for. He guided us through every step of the process (we are first time home buyers), from initial offer and negotiation, to working with the broker and finally closing. He was always readily available and happy to help. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a home in the Tampa Bay area. Thanks again!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Anthony just helped us purchase our dream home! He was wonderful to work with and we had full confidence that we would get the home under contract with his real estate expertise and negotiating skills. He is professional, very responsive, and we felt we could trust him to give us good advice throughout the whole process and then deliver our wishes in a professional and respectful manner. He seemed genuinely interested in helping us get into our dream home and we never felt that "salesman" type of attitude we've experienced with others in the real estate profession. He is down to earth and made it very easy for us to communicate our wishes and expectations throughout the process. He understood what was most important to us in buying our home and was supportive both intellectually and emotionally in what ended up being a complicated exchange between us and the selling party. We highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. His real estate knowledge is impressive and it's nice to rely on someone who knows what they're doing and has a good track record to prove it. It gave us confidence that we could trust him to advise us, to speak on our behalf, and ultimately, to help us get into a beautiful house we can now call home!

ZillowVERIFIED When trying to originally find a Realtor, I pinged a whole bunch of local ones. He was not only the quickest to respond, but the most thorough in his search and information. As a first-time home buyer, he was able to explain everything that I didn't know in great detail. It was a pleasure working with him and would highly recommend his services.
