My sister and I were trying to sell our 95 year old mother?s ramshackle house, a house that Mom had not had the energy to maintain in her old age. I was embarrassed just showing the house to him, but he reassured me that he?d seen houses in far worse condition than my mother?s. Whenever I had a question or concern about anything, he responded quickly and concisely. He was always open to questions or suggestions. My sister and I were always consulted regarding important decisions, such as setting the asking price of the house. I honestly thought that my sister and I would be lucky to find one person interested in our mother?s poorly-maintained fixer-upper. To my astonishment, four people put bids on the house?one of them showing up with a bag full of money! To be an excellent real estate broker, one must, of course, be knowledgeable about about the property one wishes to sell. One must be sharply focused and strategic, consulting the data regarding comparable properties, and one must have strong people skills and collaborate within a wide network with other realtors, builders and brokers. Anthony had all these skills in abundance, in addition to being a friendly guy with a good sense of humor and a strong work ethic. He took the time to get to Cathy and me and our priorities, and he sold the house in record time. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a conscience realtor or broker.
