It all started with a chance connection with Anthony. We were then off to the house hunting races. We explained our Vision to purchase a house in the future to Anthony & he understood our strategy. We went to many houses in a lot of areas with purchase possibilities. Anthonys realty expertise was evidence and was at our disposal. Suddenly, we came upon this house, that we kept going back to this house about 5xxxs. Ultimately, via Anthonys diligence the sellers made us an offer we couldnt refuse and we closed and purchased it. Anthony made a normally arduous home purchase experience literally enjoyable and worked excellently with the mortgage company and our attorney. I kid u not, the Team (Mortgage company, attorney. Title Co and attorney along with Anthonys leadership) all worked seamlessly to get to the closing done! And they DID.
