ZillowVERIFIED Have you ever had a property you wanted to have listed, sold and handled by a competent and accessible professional and not have to worry about any detail(s)? Well thank goodness we came across Anthony (affectionately Tony to my mother and me). We consulted Tony about selling our home. He assured us that he would take care of all the details. From the moment he signed the agreement to be the listing agent, he worked diligently. He was very accessible, professional, personable, attentive, assuring and often times, reassuring. I think he sleeps with his phone because somehow he would not want to miss a call if by some chance we contacted him at 2 a.m. lol Additionally, he was always in contact with us to see if we had any questions about the property or transactions. There would be occasions that he would just call to check on us to see how we were doing! Tony is a good person and this world needs more people and professionals like Tony. The house (and Tony) found a wonderful buyer of our home and may I mention that the new buyer found our home the next day after the home was listed. We closed just a few short weeks later. To close, we appreciate Tony for his kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, assurance/reassurance, accessibility and most importantly his patience, friendship and personable demeanor! He is a "winner" and hope many other's get the same opportunity as we did to work with him.

It was a tough job, because I not only wanted to sell my house, he was supposed to find me a house in such a short time. He showed us at least 50 houses before we found the right one in such a short time Tony kept me informed about everything and answered all my questions when I needed them to be answered. I liked him immediately as he's very approachable and down to earth. He has a great knowledge of the local real estate market. He was tremendously patient with my wife and I as we looked at home after home. He never seemed to tire and was always upbeat and positive. After several sessions I began to this of him as a friend more so than a realtor. In the end, he helped us FIND the house we wanted, SECURE the house through a couple of rounds of contentious negotiations and CLOSE on the house in the timeframe I needed. Top notch realtor. ZillowVERIFIED Tony was the best part of our buying experience. He is incredibly skilled in assessing properties and pairing them with future owners. Tony is also a skilled advisor and negotiator. He's efficient and prompt, uses the latest technology to ensure the process is as quick as possible, and he's great with kids, too! Buying a home is stressful and requires some serious negotiating skills, and Tony is a master at handling both. We knew what we wanted, as many people do. We also knew what we didn't want - and Tony found listings within those needs and wants. He moved around his schedule to match our very busy one and was able to guide us and answer the questions we had about each of the properties we viewed. Then we found "the one". You'll know it when you find it - and Tony knew it, too. We stood in the backyard together and said "This is it. Let's do it." He immediately formed a carefully thought out action plan and we entered the offer stage. After some tenuous back-and-forth during the offer phase, Tony showed his amazing skillset while navigating some tough negotiations. When a document needed signing, it was immediately in our inbox waiting for a digital signature without delay. If we had a question, he had the right answer - and was always available. When we thought we were going to need to keep looking and that "our house" wasn't going to happen, Tony worked hard to make sure it would. And he succeeded! During the inspection and appraisal stage, Tony was by our side at the house and over the phone whenever we needed him. Scheduling the closing was tough also, and Tony had our back. We were on a tight schedule, between work and scheduling the move, there were deadlines that needed to be met. When our closing was pushed out, Tony helped us figure out how to move everything around. After the closing, we had a sense that without Tony, this process could have been very different, and we may not have gotten "the one" that we wanted.
