I initially was referred to him by another agent and couldn't be happier with the referral. Anthony helped me secure a new construction deal with all of my closing costs covered, a move in package, rate buy down, and a GOLF CART. Not only did he help me get a good deal, but he pressed the builder and advocated for me to get an inspection on the new build. Because of this, the inspector found key things that were missed that would have pushed back my close date which would have cost me money extending my rate. Anthony has the key tools and insight for purchasing homes, especially new construction. I would again highly recommend him for your next real estate transaction.

I was scared buying my first home would be a nightmare because of all the horror stories I've heard but Anthony made it the smoothest and best experience of my life. I now own my dream home because Anthony worked with my partner and I to look for houses, was extremely responsive when we would contact him last minute to view a house, and when we found the one he made it happen! Even though we put him through the ringer, he still always had a smile on his face and made the whole process fun. He is now in charge of the flipping department of his agency, so when looking at houses he had so much knowledge of what causes certain issues in the home and how to renovate certain areas you would like to change. Anthony is the best and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
