He was incredibly committed, attended every open house, managed everything from staging to the final details, and even personally helped me move items in the house. He 100% handled the entire process from start to finish. Dont let his youth fool you. We had a unique situation where the buyer was representing themselves which he navigated incredibly smoothly and professionally. Throughout the process he stayed focused, upfront, and determined to get the deal done. Honestly, he has a way of willing things into existence. He ended up getting me a sale price I basically forced on him. If something needs to happen, hell get it done. Ill also say I wasnt the easiest client to deal with, but he remained calm, patient, and professional throughout the various stages of the process. He works well with others and actually gets results. Highly recommend.
