ZillowVERIFIED We loved AnnMarie during the process, but unfortunately we bought a house ridden with mold. We asked AnnMarie for a mold inspection prior to closing, and she arranged it. The deal was pushed through without the results. We are now vacated from the property after only two months and thousands of dollars in debt from mold remediation that should have been caught. AnnMarie hasn't done anything to make it right.

AnnMarie is definitely someone you want to sign up with to get that all-star team! We were interested in finding an STR investment home in the Port St Lucie - Stuart area and came across AnnMarie's name. After a few conversations, we discovered she had several investment properties herself so we knew it was a right fit. She also had a recommended local lender at Acopia Home Loans who was able to get us a great loan at a great rate. We were able to identify a few properties that met our criteria and settled on a place close to downtown Stuart with an offer that had the seller giving a $12k credit towards closing. AnnMarie really showed her experience while we navigated through several hurdles during the transaction. She was quick to explain the situation, offer options and resources, then come up with a game plan to move forward. That type of move is so stressful but AnnMarie helped take whatever stress out of our move that she could. We had an awful experience with a mortgage company that we wanted to use. After several months of stalling on their part AnnMarie recommended a mortgage company here in Florida. We were able to closed on our home in a few weeks with half the hassle of the other company.
