10/10 would recommend!! We are first time home buyers and Annie and her team (Ryan and Moriah) were recommended to us. We could not be more thankful to them for helping us find and purchase our first home. They were quick at responding, helpful with looking for and finding our dream home, worked with our full time work schedules and were always quick to show us houses and were patient with us as we were a little picky with what we wanted. It was nice to have female and male perspectives and with three people on their team they were always quick to show us houses, answer questions and give us their honest opinions when we asked. They were honest and truthful with us and never lead us astray and never forced us into buying anything we didnt want. When the time came for us to buy our house they were quick to get us the offer letter and contract and extremely helpful with recommendations for inspectors and anything else we needed in the process. They were very knowledgeable with the area, the process, recommendations and everything we needed to successfully find and purchase our house! They went above and beyond their duties and really listened to us about what we wanted and made it happen! We could not have done it without them and could not have asked for a better team! We hope to live in our house for a while but know when the time comes to sell it they will be our first call! There is no doubt they are the best real estate team in Auburn and Id be bold enough to say they are the best real estate team out there!
