Prior to real estate, Annie formerly held positions in sales and has a complete service oriented background. She also has a background in graphic design, interior architecture, and photography. Her diverse career background stems from living and traveling around the world. Kevin retired July, 2018 after 24 years as an active duty Coast Guard Officer. With Annie by his side, they moved every 2-3 years along both coasts and Europe giving them a perspective on life that most people don't get to experience. Kevin served in a wide variety of positions working his way up from enlisted Seaman Rocks to Officer Candidacy School where he became an officer (while Annie delivered their 2nd son at home). He went on to several intelligence positions and even was stationed in Italy for two years. He went on to take command of the MSST Seattle, then set up shop in the middle east for the Coast Guard, and finished his last tour of duty as Chief of the Puget Sound Command Center in Seattle. Annie and Kevin have always had a passion for real estate and after settling down in the Tampa Bay area are thrilled to be excelling in this career. Together, they have raised three sons they are very proud to see becoming fine young men. The Rocks are the type of Realtors that go above and beyond for every one of their clients.
