She did everything she could to make it happen, and she had a smile on her face the whole time. She knows her state, and her insights into its various towns and neighborhoods helped us narrow our search in its early stages. She quickly developed a sense for the type of house we were seeking, and would come to any house-search with a sensitively chosen selection of properties. Annie respected our preferences, but also had the ability to help us see the hidden potential in a house we may have overlooked. On the other hand, she made sure to point out construction flaws we had missed on any tour. She never pushed us to commit to any property--though our search was painstakingly slow (taking nearly three years to find aEURoetheaEUR? house). Instead, she clearly wanted us to find the place that made us happy, however long it took. We ultimately did find that place. Because of the friendly and cooperative relationships she has developed with other professionals, the houses listing realtor arranged an early showing, before it was officially on the market. Although we did not make an offer at the time (again, no pressure from Annie), that showing allowed us to compare subsequent viewings of other properties, helping us to feel secure in our final decision. After the initial offer, Annie continued to stand behind us, arranging and observing inspections, and insisting upon follow-up tests when she saw reason. Her dogged insistence on one more test of the septic system alone saved us thousands of dollars and gained for us an essentially new system. Even after the documents were signed and the house was ours at last, Annie continued to help. She was able to recommend local professionals for every item on our list of projected home improvements, suggestions that were invaluable since we are new to the area. Going well beyond the call of duty, Annie even brought us a list of names, neighbors she thought we would enjoy meeting. We recommend Annie highly. She is honest, knowledgeable, professional--and a lot of fun.
